Invitation
Dear Colleagues,
We are really very happy to welcome you again in Athens at the 9th Official pre-ESH International Congress Satellite Symposium, entitled “Update on difficult to Control Hypertension and Related Comorbidities”, on 31 March & 1 April 2023 at the Benaki Museum Amphitheater (Piraeus Street).
Last June we also had the pleasure of holding in Athens the prestigious 31st European Meeting on Hypertension and Cardiovascular Protection that was indeed a great success in terms of the attendants’ participation (both in person and virtually), as well as the high quality of the scientific programs and social events contained therein.
We are looking forward to your participation to the meeting that continues to maintain in its own distinct characteristics: interactive with short duration of presentations and assignment of one panelist per speaker, dedicated sessions to pharmacotherapy and renal denervation for management of uncontrolled hypertension in light of the upcoming ESH guidelines and session dedicated to ESH Research Projects with active involvement of leaders of ESH Excellence Centers.
Participants who are taking care of hypertensive patients (Cardiologists, Internists, Nephrologists, and General Practitioners) after completion of the Symposium will be able to transform into clinical practice the medical knowledge shared in the meeting, leading to better hypertension management.
Participate, learn and live the experience of the 9th Official pre-ESH Congress Satellite Symposium in Athens 31st March-1st April 2023.
With warm regards,

The new Benaki Museum building is located at 138 Pireos Street, one of the central development axes of Athens. The existing building, which is organised around a central courtyard, is already being refurbished, thanks to co-funding by the Ministry of Culture and the European Union. The new building covers a total area of 8,200 m2 with underground areas of 2,800 m2 and an internal courtyard of 850 m2. The exhibition halls span 3,000 m2. There is an amphitheatre capable of seating 300, as well as areas to house the Museum services.
